Why do you wish to join Kindred?

I wish to join a guild that feels more like a family than a loose community where I can barely remember the names, with everyone coming and going within a week of joining. Not to mention I consider myself a social player and like to teach new players how to do the raids...provided once I learn to do them myself (only level 30 with my Marauder/Warrior right now).
