Ironically, I just reactivated my account tonight after playing WoW for just about as long as you've been away. I've had some great fun with Phab and am experiencing some of my first MMO endgame. But...boy, that game is full of some judgmental gear snobs. There's an officer in my guild that's hesitant to invite me to raids because of all my prior FFXI experience. He's afraid I might not be able to use a mouse to his exacting standards. Are you kidding me?? 
Anyway...I was getting nervous I may not have any characters to come back to, but they're still there, safe and sound. =D
Bombur actually popped into the LS and gave me the skinny on some of the new game dynamics. It was good to see a friendly face.
And it's good to see you too, Rescue. Pop into the LS sometime. =) |

| I'm wandering back into FFXI as well after a hiatus. Maybe we can start to get the old group back together. We need to plan some type of Family Reunion. |

ha, i just checked your priest out...had i known you were playing wow (yes, i need to check the forums more), i would have transfered or made a toon there to play with you again Selyne...

| so what is everyone playing lately? i have returned to FFXI, not that i ever actually left it, just went on hiatis for a while. My wife has decided to join the FFXI party which she has on her PC so we can both play at the same time. I have reserved AION which looks like it's going to be wicked. This will give me a MMORPG for my laptop. It's suppose to start up in SEPT. I am also planning on playing the newly announced FFXIV on my PS3 when it is released. Perhaps if more of us are planning on playing FFXIV, we should try to get on the same server so we can group up again. Hope to hear from everyone. |
